Google Application Suite
The Google Application Suite Workspace Create course: Google Workspace is Google’s cloud based, online-only office productivity suite. Among the apps included are Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar. No previous experience with Google Workspace or any of its component apps is required. This course is designed to help all new Google Workspace users to build their competency quickly. You will discover how to log into a Google Workspace account, navigate its interface, and use its component apps to complete common productivity tasks.
Prequisites
Students need to complete one of the intro courses OR has minimal score of 80% on all assessments in Computer Skills Assessment & basic keyboard skills;
Student may use personal laptop per instructor approval. Student needs to bring a (8+MB) USB thumb drive.
Learner Outcomes
By the end of this course, users should be comfortable with navigating their account, using Google Drive, creating documents in Google Docs, working with data in Google Sheets, and creating presentations in Google Slides.

Intro to Basic Computer Skills & Mac OS 14 & 15
This course is intended to help both novice and experienced users become familiar with Apple operating systems and Mac OS 14 & 15 and gain basic computer skills.

Intro to Basic Computer Skills & Windows 11
By the end of this course, users should be comfortable using Windows 11, completing basic actions utilizing the user interface, customizing the user interface, understanding security features, and using both Microsoft Edge and File Explorer.

Mac OS & Apple Applications
Prequisites
Students need to complete the Mac Intro Course (COM 4009) OR has minimal score of 80% on all assessments in Computer Skills Assessment and basic keyboard skills;
Student may use personal laptop per instructor approval. Student needs to bring a (8+MB) USB thumb drive.

Windows 11 & Microsoft 2024
This course is intended to help both novice and experienced users become more familiar with Windows 11 and Microsoft.
Prequisites
Students need to complete the Windows Intro Course (COM 4004) OR has minimal score of 80% on all assessments in Computer Skills Assessment and basic keyboard skills;
Student may use personal laptop per instructor approval. Student needs to bring a (8+MB) USB thumb drive.
Learner Outcomes
By the end of this course, users should be comfortable logging into Windows 11, completing basic actions utilizing the user interface, customizing the user interface, understanding security features, and using both Microsoft Edge and File Explorer.
By the end of this course, users should be comfortable using basic Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.
General Computing
